Race Horse Rosie wishes you all a safe and spooky night!
Rosie takes safety very seriously. She would like to wear her costume to patrol the neighborhood for safety violations. She feels very official in her hat; and nothing makes her more angry than children in dark costumes without flashlights and reflective tape.
But she's not always so serious, she'd like to show you her most spooky face..
Spoooooky Ooooooky...... Don't make Rosie angry,, you won't like her when she's angry.
Our girl is so patient!! Now, do I dare dress up the guinea pigs?....
Have a fun night everyone!! xoxo
Are you sure spooky Rosie isn't actually Elvis Rosie? Cute pics and I love that coupon!!

Rosie is adorable ( even in her scary picture ). Did you make the little jockey? The costume is so cute! But, I saw no reflector tape on her costume!
