Here are my little showgirls backstage. The room they stuck us all in is called the "black box". The floor, walls, and ceiling are all, well.... black. After the first three hours in the black box, I was wishing it had a wine bar.
Here are my girls and their sweet friend in the middle. They had so much fun together!
I love this one of my little K checking out her tail feathers. Damn you blurriness!
She got tired of Mama with the camera.
The girls had a blast watching each other during the dress rehearsal.
They felt like stars.
And guess what I got in the mail?
Ooooohhhh pretty.....
Could you just die? I LOVE these cards! That Rachael is one clever woman. I love the fabulous dresses and sparkly crystal accents. The dresses even have a bit of stuffing to poof them out a bit. Thank you so much Rachael, these are great!
Now that dance is over, I am looking forward to getting some sewing in, and maybe think about attacking that gigantic pile of laundry that keeps taunting me. And most importantly sending this precious thing his post card. :)
Hi Sarah,
sooo lovely to see your beautiful girls. you can be very proud of them!!
And now: relax!!!!! It was a nice but very "active" weekend!
Hugs and sleep well!

Hi Sarah!
Your girls are adorable. They look like fairy princesses.
That photo isn't blurry - it's an 'action shot'.
The cards are so pretty. What a lovely idea.
Take care,

"After the first three hours in the black box, I was wishing it had a wine bar." LoL!!! you are hilarious! And I think the blur and glare in the tail feather photo is what makes it amazing! That's a framer for sure!

I bet you are so proud of them, they look so cute in their costumes. Aren't the cards just lovely, my description of them just didn't do them justice. Thank you so much for the link.. Sabine has already been in touch.
